Registration Info:
This is a Gospel Roads I program, intended for high-school-aged youth (those that have completed freshman year, up to and including recently graduated seniors). Youth are encouraged to register as a group, with adult chaperons, through their local school, parish, or youth center. Worksite Facts:
Past worksites for GR Philadelphia include:
St. Francis DeSales Outreach
St. Joseph's Villa: serve at a retirement community for the Sisters of St. Joseph and laity by interacting with residents.
St. Edmond's Home for Children: serving children with severe physical and emotional disabilities.
St. John's Hospice: serving directly with homeless men in downtown Philadelphia.
Overbrook School for the Blind: serve at a local school for blind children.

     
 

Get to know...

James Klein
Program Director

James Klein is a native New Yorker who has recently moved to Philadelphia. He became involved with the Salesians during his High School years and has attended many retreats since then. James is currently the Youth Minister at St Martin of Tours Parish in Philadelphia and works as the Director for School Ministry at Neumann Goretti High School.

After Last year's experience on Gospel Roads 3 in El Salvador, he is very excited direct a GR Philly for the first time!
