Registration Info:
This is a Gospel Roads I program, intended for high-school-aged youth (those that have completed freshman year, up to and including recently graduated seniors). Youth are encouraged to register as a group, with adult chaperons, through their local school, parish, or youth center. Past worskites for GR Washington include:
Interfaith Works Clothing Center: Sorting and organizing donated clothing, and caring for children of parents while they shopped.
SOME: So Others My Eat:: Working in and around buildings to improve the facilities for residents.
Little Sisters of the Poor, Elderly Home: Spending time with residents and preparing meals for them. Celebrated Mass and had opportunity for Eucharistic Adoration with the residents.
Our Lady of Mattaponi Retreat Center: Working around the retreat center doing much needed cleaning and landscaping.
SHARE Food Network: Helping prepare, sort, and distribute food packets for low-income families

Fr. Abraham Feliciano
Program Director
Fr. Abraham Feliciano is the Director of Faith Formation and Youth Ministry at Don Bosco Cristo Rey High School in Takoma Park, MD. He's been blessed to have had the chance to be involved with both Gospel Roads DC thus far, and he is looking forward to leading yet another successful program in the country's capitol.
